Using the site
You may browse the site and contact us for lawful purposes. Please don't try to disrupt the site, copy its design or content, or use it to send spam.
Products and licenses
Our products are sold through third-party stores such as Gumroad. Each product comes with a license that explains what you can do with it. In general you may use a product to build your own projects, but you may not resell or redistribute the product itself. The license you receive at purchase is the one that applies.
Demos and sample data
Live demos use fictional sample data. Our templates are interface starters. They do not give financial advice and do not move money.
Custom builds
Custom work is agreed in writing before it begins, including scope, price, timeline and who owns the finished work. Sending a request through the website does not create an agreement.
Support and refunds
Support is available by email at support@paneworth.com. Refunds for products follow the refund policy shown on the product listing.
No warranty
The site and our products are provided "as is", without promises that they will meet every need or run without interruption.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Paneworth Studio is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products.
Intellectual property
The site, its text, designs and code are owned by Paneworth Studio or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Third-party open-source components keep their own licenses.
