Paneworth Studio ("we", "us") runs this website. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact and custom-build forms. If you send us a message or a project request, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address, what you want built, budget range and timeline.
- Purchases. Purchases of our products are handled by the marketplace or payment provider you choose at checkout. We don't receive or store your payment card details.
- In your browser. Your browser may store your light/dark theme choice and, if you use the live demo, your demo data and settings. This stays on your device; we don't receive it.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you and to deliver and support what you bought. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with the services we need to run the site and handle your requests (for example, our website host, email provider and payment provider), or when the law requires it.
Keeping it
We keep messages for as long as needed to help you and to keep basic business records, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@paneworth.com.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this page. The date at the top shows the latest version.
